S.C. residents must register by Saturday to vote in November

Residents in South Carolina only have two days left to register to vote in this Novembers election.
The deadline to register to vote is Saturday, Oct. 2. The application deadline also applies to voters who have moved to another county since registering.
Landrum and other Spartanburg County residents can register by visiting the Spartanburg County Board of Voter Registration, Human Resource Center-Evans Bldg., 142 South Dean Street, P.O. Box 1287, Spartanburg, S.C. 29304, 864-596-2549, FAX 864-596-2958.
Greenville County residents can register by visiting the Greenville County Board of Voter Registration, Greenville County Square, 301 University Ridge, Suite 1900, Greenville S.C. 29601-3668, 864-467-7250, FAX 864-467-7256.
S.C. residents can register by downloading a voter registration form from scvotes.org. Residents can mail, fax or e-mail the completed form to their county board of registration office (see addresses above).
Mailed applications must be postmarked by Oct. 2. Forms sent by e-mail or fax must be received by that same date.
The general election is Nov. 2.
