The Saluda Business Association is hosting its seventh annual Saluda Arts Festival this year on May 15 in historic downtown Saluda and the city is encouraging artists to participate. The challenging winter in Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina has asffected the ability of many to meet the entry deadline of February 15 so the business association has extended the application date to March 15.
