At the August 15th meeting of the Rotary Club of Tryon, Dr. Warren Carson, President of the Roseland Community Center, was the guest speaker.

 

Dr. Carson presented a program on the history and the various activities offered by the Center. The Rotarians learned that initially, the Roseland Community Center offered just a playground for youth. Since then, it has grown considerably over the years. It now includes programs for both Seniors as well as for young people. Frequently, community events are held there as well.
