CAMPOBELLO-A man was attacked by two dogs at the Links O’ Tryon golf course in Campobello, S.C. Wednesday morning, Jan. 10, according to the Spartanburg County Environment Enforcement.

Environmental enforcement director Jamie Nelson said officers captured a male and female pit bull dogs around 10 a.m. Wednesday following the attack.

The man was attacked on the golf course and was reportedly dragged to a creek. Reports were that the man was responsive.

The dogs were transported to Greenville County with Greenville County in charge of the investigation.
