Landrum Fire and Rescue and Spartanburg EMS responded to a car wreck at approximately 6:45 p.m. Friday, Oct. 20 on Hwy. 14 by the I-26 overpass. A Landrum woman driving a gold Honda CRV said the glare of the setting sun prevented her from seeing a white Buick, also driven by a Landrum woman, turning left onto Fairview Rd. Though Spartanburg EMS sent an ambulance, both women refused transport to the hospital. The Honda received damage to the front bumper and hood.
