Polk County District Court results

In Polk County District Court on Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2016, with Judge Peter Knight presiding, 113 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
Kelvin Earl Baxter was convicted of driving while license revoked-impaired revocation. Baxter was sentenced to 12 months probation, a $100 fine and court costs.
Shyann Nicole Cook was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Cook was fined $40 and court costs.
Alain E. Cortadillo was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Cortadillo was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
Jessica Leith Dalton was convicted of two counts of probation violation. Dalton was sentenced to 45 days in jail with 27 days credit.
Tyler Christian Kidwell was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Kidwell was fined $40 and court costs.
Rene Leroy was convicted of speeding 109 mph in a 70 mph zone. Leroy was fined $126 and court costs.
Hugo Maldonado-Lopez was convicted of driving while license revoked-impaired revocation. Maldonad-Lopez was sentenced to 12 months probation, a $100 fine and court costs.
Michael Montague Jr. was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Montague was fined $40 and court costs.
Maranda Nicole Pack was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Pack was fined $40 and court costs.
Robin J. Rhodes was convicted of level two driving while impaired. Rhodes was sentenced to 24 months supervised probation, seven days in jail, a $200 fine and court costs.
Robin J. Rhodes was convicted of driving while license revoked after impaired revocation notice. Rhodes was sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, a $75 fine and court costs.
