Polk County District Court results for Feb. 25

During Polk County District Court on Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2015, with Judge T. Mack Brittain presiding, 207 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
Christopher V. Bowden was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Bowden was fined $92 and court costs.
Molly Plunkett Brown was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Brown was fined $100 and court costs.
John Wayne Franklin was convicted of misdemeanor breaking and or entering and misdemeanor larceny. Franklin was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation, five days in jail with credit, a $100 fine and court costs.
Timothy Dale Gosnell was convicted of open container malt beverage/unfortified wine on property of city/county. Gosnell was to pay court costs.
Keith Scott Green was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Green was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours in jail, a $100 fine and court costs.
Connie Penfield Hamilton was convicted of failure to comply with monies. Hamilton was to continue on unsupervised probation and serve 10 days in jail with credit for time served.
Monte Ray Lewis was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Lewis was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
Willow Rose Miller was convicted of five counts of felony breaking and or entering, five counts of felony obtaining property under false pretenses and six counts of felony larceny after break/enter. Miller was sentenced to 36 months supervised probation, 30 days in jail with credit, a $400 fine, $2,500 in restitution and court costs.
Viktor A. Necheporenko was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Necheporenko was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
Ernest Lee Pack Jr. was convicted of second-degree trespassing. Pack was sentenced to two days in jail with credit.
Adam Sage Pittman was convicted of speeding 44 mph in a 35 mph zone. Pittman was fined $75 and court costs.
Benjamin Ethan Price was convicted of misdemeanor probation violation. Price was to continue on supervised probation for 18 months.
Alan Gregorio Samayo was convicted of impaired equipment. Samayo was to pay court costs.
Joshua David Schond was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Schond was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
Tanya Elizabeth Thompson was convicted of failure to comply with monies. Thompson was to continue on supervised probation and serve three days in jail with credit.
Richard William Turner was convicted of possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce. Turner was fined $35 and court costs.
Tyler David Van Meter was convicted of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Van Meter was sentenced to 12 days in jail with credit.
Christopher Ray White was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. White was sentenced to five days in jail with credit.
