Polk County Senior Sarah Phipps was crowned Homecoming Queen 2014 during last Friday night’s Wolverine football game. Kara Overholt won runner up and Georgia Garrett was crowned Miss Wolverine. Phipps is pictured being escorted by her father, David Phipps. Sarah is the daughter of David and Genie Phipps of Sunny View.
