TRYON—Tryon Little Theater’s last show of the season, “Four Old Broads,” will open on Thursday, May 1, at the TLT Workshop Theater.
In “Four Old Broads,” a comedy written by Leslie Kimbell and directed by Linda Killion, four residents of the Magnolia Place assisted living facility—Beatrice, Eaddy, Imogene, and Maude—need a break from bingo and macramé. They want to take a “Sassy Seniors” Caribbean cruise.
Unfortunately, things have not been pleasant at their residence since the arrival of the nasty nurse, Pat. A mystery unfolds with laughter and mayhem as the girls try to outsmart her and discover why so many people are switching to “the dark side.”
The production will run for two weekends: May 1-4 and May 8-11. Tickets are available online at www.tltinfo.org or by calling (828) 859-2466.
