The Polk County High School Bass Team is gearing up for the 2024-25 season and is looking for new members to join its team.

The Polk Bass Team competes in the Palmetto Boat Center High School Tournament Trail, fishing on lakes in Upstate South Carolina. Polk fielded three boats last season and is looking to add more for a season that begins in September.

Anyone interested in joining must be a member of BassNation, have a boat captain, and either own or borrow a boat that meets the guidelines set forth by the PBC Tournament Trail.

Members must also be willing to travel and be on the water by 6 a.m. on Saturdays for practice and tournaments.
