Ribbon cutting held last week 

 

GREEN CREEK—Green Creek has three new businesses that were opened with a ribbon cutting last week.  

Carolina Hay & More, Carolina Storage Solutions and Foothills Fence Company all opened on the same property last Friday with a ribbon cutting.  

The businesses are located at 5979 S. NC 9 Hwy., Tryon.  

The ribbon cutting included business owners and local officials, including Polk County Commissioners.  

The event also gave away free lunch and raffles with prizes.  

Residents were invited to tour the brand new facility, which includes a two-bedroom cabin on site.
