FENCE to offer free yoga classes beginning Jan. 25
Published 8:00 am Thursday, January 17, 2019
As the year rolls on, it is easy for many to lose sight of those New Year’s resolutions to work out more or get in shape.
The Foothills Equestrian Nature Center hopes to help locals keep those resolutions by offering free yoga again in 2019, taught by local fitness instructor Rhonda Giles. Yoga will be offered at FENCE in the great room starting at 11:15 a.m. Friday, Jan. 25.
The class will be offered weekly on Fridays at no cost to the public, thanks to the free community event grant at Polk County Community Foundation.
The classes are open to all levels of yoga experience. Yoga mats will be available for use at FENCE, but attendees may bring their own as well.
FENCE is located at 3381 Hunting Country Road in Tryon. Those interested in learning more may contact FENCE at 828-859-9021, email info@fence.org or visit fence.org.
