Mr. Stucker and many Americans don’t understand that firearms in the United States do much more good than harm.  Firearms are used more than two million times a year in self defense and in 80 percent of those events, the gun is not discharged, only brandished.

Unfortunately, ‘John Smith Scares Away An Intruder With A Gun’ just doesn’t make a good headline, while ‘John Smith Shoots Burglar’ really sells newspapers.
