Polk County Criminal Superior Court Administrative Session for June 29

During Polk County’s Criminal Superior Court Administrative Session on June 29, 2016, with Judge Mark E. Powell presiding, 98 cases were heard. Some cases were continued or dismissed.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

James Tyler Kimbrell was convicted of misdemeanor probation violation and a felony probation violation. Kimbrell’s probation was terminated.

Gary Lee Page was convicted of possession of stolen goods/property. Page was sentenced to two years supervised probation, one day in jail with credit for time served and court costs.

Joshua Terrence Ruff was convicted of felony probation violation. Ruff’s probation was terminated.

Norman Lee Taylor was convicted of felony probation violation. Taylor was sentence to 90 days in jail then probation is terminated.
