The following local students made the dean’s list at N.C. State University for the fall 2010 semester.

Trevor Nielsen Ennis of Mill Spring; Tucker B. Ennis of Mill Spring; Michele M. Glynn of Mill Spring; John T. Mize of Columbus; Jacob Lloyd Thelen of Tryon (perfect 4.0 average); Ian Tyler Wilson of Tryon (perfect 4.0 average); and Lillie Myers of Landrum.

To make the dean’s list, the student must earn an academic grade point average of 3.25 or higher if they are carrying 15 or more hours of course work, or a 3.5 grade-point average if they are carrying 12 to 14 hours.
