SALUDA—This summer, residents are invited to get moving and connect with the community through Movement Mondays, organized by On Track Saluda. Beginning each Monday at 9 a.m., participants can gather at the Pavilion in McCreery Park for a variety of free exercise classes, catering to all skill levels.

Whether a seasoned athlete or a complete beginner, the classes are tailored to be beginner-friendly, ensuring that everyone can join in the fun. This summer initiative aims to promote physical activity, social connection, and overall well-being, guided by experienced local instructors. Participants should bring their yoga mats.

The upcoming class lineup includes a Gentle Flow Yoga session with Kerry Sinclair on July 7, followed by a Barre class with Marie Crosby on July 14. The following week, on July 21, Ashley Schipman Beard will lead a Gentle Flow Yoga session, and on July 28, a Mat Pilates class will be led by Kerry Sinclair.
