COLUMBUS—On Tuesday afternoon, the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for Keller Williams Manion & Associates was held at the Fagan Building, located at 60 Walker St., with members of the Carolina Foothills Chamber of Commerce officiating the event. 

The grand opening marks an exciting new venture for real estate professionals Michelle and Joe Manion, who bring over 15 years of combined experience to the area.

The Manions, licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina, aim to create a welcoming and comprehensive real estate service for the community. 

“We hope to establish a one-stop shop that can assist you not just with residential real estate but also with land, investments, and commercial properties,” Michelle shared during the ceremony. “Our vision is to be a prominent name in a small-town setting.”

The Manions have invested significantly in renovating their new space, updating it with new doors, paint, and furnishings. 

“We completely renovated it to create an inviting environment for clients,” Michelle added. “We’ve previously worked out of the Spartanburg location and saw a real need in this community that we wanted to fill.”

In addition to the Manions, Keller Williams Manion & Associates will feature a team of agents to meet all client needs. 

The firm emphasizes the importance of customer service, aiming to make clients feel like part of the family throughout the real estate process. “We have roots in the community, and we want our clients to know they can rely on us,” Michelle stated.

While the new office operates on an appointment-only basis, the team is dedicated to accommodating clients’ schedules, offering meetings on weekends and evenings. 

Keller Williams, an established name in real estate, began in 1972 in Austin, Texas. The Manions expressed enthusiasm about bringing this reputable brand to Columbus and plan to position themselves as a leading office in the area.
