TRYON—Performances of “Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley” will take place at the Tryon Little Theater Workshop over two weeks this month, opening on Thursday, November 14.
A charming celebration of beloved characters, the play takes place two years after the end of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice. The audience will join the Bennets, Darcys, and Bingleys as they gather for Christmas at Pemberley when an unexpected guest’s appearance sparks dreams of love.
The Chicago Sun-Times describes the production as “A newly imagined, utterly beguiling, delicious production. The show is a gem – ideal for the holiday season!”
Written by Lauren Gunderson and Margot Melcon, “Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley” will be directed by Joel Perkin.
The show will run from November 14-17 and November 21-24, beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays and 3 p.m. on Sundays.
The TLT Workshop Theater is located at 516 S Trade St. For tickets, visit tltinfo.org.
