Polk County will kick off the defense of its 1A state volleyball championship on August 12 at A.C. Reynolds.
The road game will begin a regular-season schedule that includes a challenging non-conference slate as well as the traditional dates with Mountain Foothills 7 Conference opponents.
Polk County will make its home debut on August 15 against T.C. Roberson, the first of three straight home non-conference matches. The Wolverines will begin conference play on August 27 at home against Patton.
Polk will compete Sept. 27-28 in a tournament at West Henderson, a rare in-season tourney for the Wolverines.
Polk County will also host five state champions and runners-up from last season in The Great 8 Scrimmage, set for August 3. The preseason event will run all day at PCHS.
