SALUDA—Works by local artist Linda Seagroves are on display at Saluda Library now through the end of May. Linda will be on hand to discuss her work at an artist reception on Saturday, May 4 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.
Linda Seagroves of Saluda is well known for her art and love of nature and possums, along with a menagerie of cats, dogs and other creatures she takes under her wing. She paints and creates tile art, stained-glass stepping stones and windows and other unique one-of-a-kind pieces. She’s also worked in clay, a preferred medium for many years. Animals and spiritual themes are often part of whatever she makes. You can contact Linda Seagroves about a commission or for information about her art at lindaseagrovesstudio@gmail.com.
If you are interested in having your art displayed at Saluda Library, please review the Displays & Exhibits Policy at polklibrary.org/policies and contact Saluda Library Manager Amelia Medrano at 828-894-8721 x293 or amedrano@polklibrary.org.
