It’s time to lace up your running shoes! The Tryon Half Marathon is just a couple of weeks away! Presented by Ashworth Financial, this highly anticipated annual race is a favorite among runners for its flat, scenic route, crisp fall weather, and hot homemade breakfast casseroles everyone enjoys.

 

The race will occur on Saturday, November 12, with a start time of 8 a.m., at Harmon Field in Tryon. 

This year winners will receive handcrafted medals made by Living Concepts, with a new design to celebrate the 10th year of this legacy race. 

 

All proceeds benefit Outreach, a local non-profit that provides assistance with food and shelter to Polk County neighbors.
