“Where athleticism meets artistry:” this may be the best way to describe Soul Street Dance. The routines–are they dance? Are they mime? Are they both?–demonstrate the performers’ incredible control down to the smallest pinkie joint. Soul Street, no strangers to Tryon or Super Saturday, return on March 16 with their unique repertoire that has to be seen to be comprehended. Their technical and artistic skills, stage presence, and wit all push their performance to the highest standard of excellence.
