Why are the Columbus and Tryon police not enforcing the speed limits in their communities?

I have witnessed excessive speeds in Tryon and Columbus both. Particularly in the morning in Columbus, the traffic averages are between 40 and 45 mph.

Please enforce the speed limit in our towns.
