For the month of November 2017, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office answered 630 calls for service.

There were 20 felony arrests, 33 misdemeanor arrests and 50 citations issued.

Officers completed 1,043 house checks, 3,248 business checks, 1,568 church checks, served 90 civil papers, 53 criminal papers, assisted the public five times and patrolled 26,261 miles.

The Polk County Jail booked a total of 84 inmates, including 67 males and 17 females.
