Polk County District Court Results

During Polk County District Court on Monday, Sept. 25, 2017, with Judge T. Mack Brittain presiding, 53 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Brian Alston was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Alston was fined $40 and court costs.

Barry Charles Horton was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Horton was fined $40 and court costs.

Frank W. Moorefield was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Moorefield was fined $40 and court costs.

Shadoe Thomas Sondov was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Sondov was fined $40 and court costs.
