Caution tape has been set up around the pavilion at Veterans Park in Columbus as additional bracing is being added to the structure. According to Tim Barth, Columbus town manager, public works personnel with the Town of Columbus were hanging Christmas decorations on the structure when the pavilion began to shift after a ladder was placed against the building.
