During the week of Nov. 24-30, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office answered 68 calls for service. There were two felony arrests, two misdemeanor arrests, one citation, 11 civil papers served and seven criminal papers served. Officers completed 265 house checks, 474 business checks, 263 church checks, assisted the public eight times and patrolled 4,930 miles.
