On Aug. 7-9, the 2014-2015 Landrum High School (LHS) Varsity/Competition Cheerleading Team hosted the annual LHS Cardinal Cheer Camp for children between the ages of 3 and 12.
The three-day camp enables the LHS Varsity Cheerleading Team the opportunity to share their passion for the sport and teach the next generation of Cardinal Cheerleaders the skills, spirit and love of cheerleading. The camp offered 6 hours of positive and energetic instruction, led by the LHS Varsity Cheerleading Team. Fifty-five children attended the camp, and all campers received an LHS Cardinal Cheer Camp t-shirt, a Certificate of Completion and one camper, Millie Hatchette, received a Spirit Stick for showing the most sportsmen-like conduct and spirit during camp.
