The Cross-eyed Possum Band set to perform at TFAC on May 29

TRYON—The Cross-eyed Possum Band will be performing at the Tryon Fine Arts Center on Thursday, May 29, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. In the final performance of the Americana Concert Series, the Arizona-based folk-rock group will bring its eclectic sound to TFAC’s outdoor amphitheater.

The Cross-eyed Possum Band is an energetic trio featuring identical twins Jason and Jonah Howard, who will be playing their own original music in a variety of genres, from bluegrass to rock. The roots of their music are wound in jazz and classical music, paired with spirited voices that convey their passion for songwriting.

This month, the Americana Concert Series has featured performances by the Alice Wallace Band, Autumnwüd, Woody Platt and Shannon Whitworth and the Darren Nicholson Band.

Tickets for the show are $15. Food, wine, beer and other beverages will also be available for purchase on-site.
