The 18th Annual Kirby Cup Soccer Camp will relocate to Polk County High School for its 2025 session due to the closure of Harmon Field. The free five-day program runs June 10-14 for children ages 8-13 in grades 3-8.

Applications will be available beginning Monday at Polk County middle and elementary school offices, with distribution also occurring at Polk County YMCA soccer league games. Enrollment operates on a first-come, first-served basis with a capacity limit of 72 participants.

Funded through a Kirby Harmon Field Fund grant from the Polk County Community Foundation, the camp focuses on soccer skill development while promoting cultural awareness. Participants are organized into four teams representing different continents, receiving daily instruction in fundamental techniques followed by scrimmages and educational sessions about various countries.
