LANDRUM—On Friday, February 28, Eubanks Farm Store opened its doors to the community with a ribbon-cutting ceremony held at their location at 1508 E. Rutherford Street. Offering a variety of farm-fresh produce, 100% grass-fed local meats, baked goods, and unique gifts, the store aims to become a staple in the Landrum area.

The ceremony, organized by the City of Landrum, commenced at 10 a.m. and welcomed many family members and friends. Among the attendees were Landrum Mayor Bob Briggs and Marketing Director Tricia Taber.

Eubanks Farm Store, operated by Katie and Hunter Eubanks, specializes in selling beef, pork, and eggs directly from their farm. Additionally, the store features a selection of local fruits and vegetables and showcases regional brands such as Bello Tallow and Southern Sourdough. Every other Saturday, the store also welcomes Posey’s Flower Patch, offering homegrown flowers from their bright pink flower truck.

Katie Eubanks shared her inspiration for opening the store.

“My husband sold pumpkins on the side of the road,” she said. “It did well for us, and we thought to ourselves Landrum needs a farm store that provides great farm-to-table options.”

The Eubanks family, including their two young sons, have transitioned their farming efforts to this new retail venture, taking over the space previously occupied by Lucy’s Boutique.

“We always treat everyone that walks through the door like family, and they will always be greeted with a smile,” Katie said. “Our store is all about supplying local foods and fresh meats for the area. We love Landrum, and we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.”

In addition to their food offerings, Eubanks Farm Store has introduced a freshly squeezed lemonade stand dubbed “The Silo,” which will also serve as a site for future pumpkin and Christmas tree sales. The stand features a special coconut cream lemonade, which has quickly become a favorite among customers.

Eubanks Farm Store is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Eubanks family invites the community to visit and experience the joy of fresh, local products.
