Saluda Outfitters to host recipient of Gibson Guitar Award 

 

SALUDA—On Thursday, November 14, The Gabe Stillman Band will perform at Saluda Outfitters.

Embracing the unique sound of American roots music, Gabe Stillman and his band have been focusing on expanding their footprint on a national and international level after receiving several nods at various award ceremonies across the country. Stillman has supported legendary music acts such as ZZ Top, Eric Gales, Blues Traveler, and George Thorogood.

A Boston’s Berklee College of Music graduate, Stillman’s accomplishments include receiving the Gibson Guitar Award, placing in the final eight of the 35th Annual International Blues Challenge held in Memphis, Tennessee, and winning in the Best Blues Band category at the 3rd Annual Central PA Music Awards.

The group looks forward to showcasing a collection of original gems and carefully chosen covers during its November performance in Saluda.
