SALUDA—The Saluda Tailgate Market, held on Fridays from 4-6 p.m., features an array of vendors, including Jaimee’s Bakery. Owned and operated by Jaimee Rizzotti, her bakery offers a delectable selection of dairy-free baked goods, such as loaves of bread, cakes, and scones, all crafted with vegan dairy alternatives.

Reflecting on her background, Rizzotti shared, “I come from an Italian family, so I’ve been baking my whole life. Eventually, I got to the point where I couldn’t eat dairy anymore, but I didn’t want to give up baking. So I started using vegan dairy alternatives but still use eggs and honey.”
