TRYON—The Kiwanis Club of Tryon recently inducted three new members 

The trio—Linda Brenner, Cara Smithwick, and Monica Moffat—were warmly welcomed during a luncheon meeting held at the Tryon Depot Room, where the club convenes every Wednesday at noon. 

Kiwanis, a global volunteer organization, is dedicated to positively impacting children and communities worldwide. Originally established in 1915, Kiwanis now boasts 8,400 clubs across 80 countries. The Tryon club itself has a rich history, founded back in 1927.
