New Columbus firm called Feagan & Harrelson, PLLC
COLUMBUS—On Wednesday, August 28, Attorney Phillip R. Feagan announced that he is merging his law practice with Attorney Edward Harrelson. The new law firm will be called Feagan & Harrelson, PLLC.
Feagan has practiced law in Polk County for over 44 years. Over that time, the Feagan Law Firm has represented thousands of clients, primarily in real estate, domestic law, contract law, and wills and estates. Harrelson has practiced law in Henderson County since 1993 and has lived in Polk County since 2002.
“Attorney Harrelson and I have known each other for more than 20 years,” said Feagan. “As I begin to transition into retirement in the coming years, this was an opportune time to partner with Edward to ensure that the firm’s long-standing clients and the citizens of Polk County continue to have professional legal representation at this same location.”
Edward, an Eagle Scout Award recipient, has long been a member of the Henderson and Polk County communities. He is a 15-year Rotarian, a former Trustee of the Flat Rock Playhouse, and an Elder at Tryon Presbyterian Church. Attorney Harrelson will also continue to practice with the Hendersonville law firm of Romeo, Harrelson, and Coiner.
“Phillip’s dedicated and knowledgeable staff will remain with the new firm, so our clients will continue to hear the same friendly voices and see the same faces when they call or visit,” said Harrelson. “Our offices will stay in the Feagan building, where they have been since 1980.”
Feagan & Harrelson, PLLC will continue to provide legal counsel and services in real estate, corporations/LLCs, contract law, and wills and estates. The firm will continue to practice in the Feagan Building, and all client files will remain with the merged firm at that location.
Feagan & Harrelson, PLLC, is located at 60 Walker St., Suite F, in Columbus.
