New female-owned CBD store to provide health and wellness curatives

 

COLUMBUS—Downtown Columbus is now home to Blissful Buds, an all-female-owned CBD store.

Owners Faith Rankin and Tiffany Rankin-Thallas, originally of Hendersonville and Denver, Colo., respectively, said they chose the Columbus area because they saw a need to provide the local community with the health and wellness benefits of hemp and CBD products. 

Rankin said she wants to bring the community “the highest quality of cannabis-sourced products that are provided in a safe and inclusive space where the customer feels comfortable to ask questions.” 

The new location offers a wide array of cannabis-infused edibles such as chocolates and gummies, and alternative consumption methods such as tinctures and topicals for pain relief and relaxation. Blissful Buds also provides high-quality concentrates and extracts and non-alcoholic “mocktails.” The shop also offers discounts for veterans, first responders and nurses.

“We want to provide the community with the highest quality products from trusted sources, reputable growers and manufacturers who share a passion for the industry,” Rankin said. “We strive to provide the finest quality products available on the market. We are here to answer your questions, even if it’s your first time or you’re a seasoned connoisseur.”

“You will receive a blissful experience,” she added.  

Blissful Buds is located at 200 East Mills St. in Columbus and is open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. There are plans for a grand opening ceremony in mid-February.
