TRYON––Tryon Newsmedia, LLC recently welcomed a new face to the Tryon Daily Bulletin. Linne Gilbert has joined the TDB team as a marketing consultant. 

 

Gilbert grew up in northwestern Ohio and moved to the Tryon area from Montana just over two years ago. She graduated from Ohio Northern University and began a career in advertising. She later was involved in the acquisition of new subscribers for magazines such as The Atlantic and The Economist, and has also helped procure new donors for nonprofit organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and The Red Cross. 

 

For 15 years, she owned her own massage therapy business, and after selling it to care for her mother she found herself gravitating back toward her marketing career path.

“I was drawn to the Tryon Daily Bulletin because I wanted to work more closely with the local communities in the area,” Gilbert says. “I am so excited to be here!”

Gilbert points out that the Tryon Daily Bulletin is a true, full-service media company that offers advertisers real solutions to help grow their businesses.

“We offer much more than print advertising. We’re able to help our clients promote themselves through digital advertising, social media, and even video,” she said.
