In Polk County District Court on Sept. 7, 2022 with Judge Larry Wilson presiding, 124 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
Dazjuan Sy’Lek Butler was convicted of speeding 103 mph in a 65 mph zone. Butler was fined $100 and court costs.
Marcus Lamair Demps was convicted of possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Demps was fined $25 and court costs.
Erin Elizabeth Esau was convicted of 2nd degree trespass. Esau was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for time served.
Alexander John Frunza was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Frunza was to pay court costs.
Charles Henry Harbison was convicted of level 5 driving while impaired. Harbison was sentenced to 24 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
David Andrew Justice was convicted of misdemeanor probation violation. Justice’s probation was revoked with the sentence modified to 30 days.
William Curtis Lawson was convicted of level 2 driving while impaired. Lawson was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation, 7 days in jail with 7days credit, a $300 fine and court costs.
Samantha R. Ledford was convicted of misdemeanor larceny. Ledford was sentenced to 12 months supervised probation. $263 in restitution and court costs.
Jimmy Michael Mask was convicted of flee/elude arrest with a motor vehicle. Mask was sentenced to 12-24 months in prison.
Wallace Ryan Morrow was convicted of speeding 75 mph in a 65 mph zone. Morrow was fined $10 and court costs.
Kaleb David Patrie was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Patrie was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for time served.
Jeremy Tyson Ravan was convicted of misuse of 911-system. Ravan was sentenced to 9 days in jail with credit for time served.
Luke Alexander Rogers was convicted of level 5 driving while impaired. Rogers was sentenced to 24 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
Trellis Tremay Rogers was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Rogers was fined $20 and court costs.
Charles Lee Seehorn II was convicted of driving while impaired. Seehorn was sentenced to 24 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours in jail with credit, a $100 fine and court costs.
Stephen Craig Smith was convicted of possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Smith was to pay court costs.
Robin L. Spenard was convicted of level 5 driving while impaired. Spenard was sentenced to 24 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine, $600 in lab fees and court costs.
Pierce Andrew Tolley was convicted of driving while impaired and failure to appear. Tolley was sentenced to 39 days in jail with credit for time served.
Edwin Maho Valderrama was convicted of speeding 104 mph in a 65 mph zone. Valderrama was fined $100 and court costs.
