Lake Adger Celebration to be held May 7

Conserving Carolina, Polk County Parks and Recreation, and MountainTrue will be hosting the Lake Adger Celebration on Saturday, May 7, from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m at the Lake Adger Boat Ramp. This is a free, family-friendly event that is open to the public. Families and people of all ages are invited to come and enjoy the lake!
Activities include guided kayak tours, fishing demonstrations from the Muskie Club, kid-friendly crafts and activities, and more! There will be live music provided by the PacJAM Clover Pickers and Muddy Boots starting at 1:30 p.m.! Garden of Eatin’ will provide delicious, wood-fired pizza for purchase!
Organizations and presenters at the event include: Conserving Carolina, MountainTrue, Polk County Parks and Recreation, Foothills Humane Society, the Muskie Club, Hemlock Restoration Initiative, Polk County Library, and Foothills Equestrian Nature Center (FENCE)!
This event is hosted in partnership with the Lake Adger Property Owners Association, Inc.
