The Kiwanis Club of Tryon recently treated our Polk County School System staff to an early morning pancake breakfast. Kiwanians set up grills outside at the Middle School to cook fresh pancakes, bacon and sausage which were served along with syrup, butter and piping hot cooked apples. Staff came from all the schools plus the Central Office to either enjoy the breakfast on-site or transport food back to their home school. Over 120 meals were served – a heartfelt thank you from Kiwanis to all who work so hard to “Do What’s Right for Students”!
