Election held Tuesday night for new council members

 

CAMPOBELLO––There were four  special elections on Tuesday night to elect new council members.
The elections were held in the City of Chesnee, and the Towns of Reidville, Lyman and Campobello. The nonpartisan elections were held in order to fill unexpired council terms in these cities or towns.
Campobello’s Wade Peeler ran unopposed and won the unexpired term for the town council seat. There were 20 total votes cast in Cambobello’s special election.
