In Polk County District Court on Jan. 5, 2022, with Judge Kim Justice presiding, 65 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
Joseph Derek Brown was convicted of second degree trespassing. Brown was sentenced to one day in jail with one day credit for time served.
Monica L. Bumgardner was convicted of driving while license revoked-impaired revocation. Bumgardner was fined $100 and court costs.
Tyler Lee Cates was convicted of reckless driving to endanger. Cates was fined $106 and court costs.
Hayley Marie Conner was convicted of rear seat belt violation. Conner was fined $25 and court costs.
Jimmy Lee Constance was convicted of reckless driving to endanger. Constance was fined $102 and court costs.
Arteesha N. Donaldson was convicted of speeding 84 mph in a 70 mph zone. Donaldson was to pay court costs.
Jamie Lee Greene was convicted of first-degree trespassing enter/remain. Greene was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for time served.
Terah Anne Hunsicker was convicted of resisting public officer, failure to appear on misdemeanor and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hunsicker was sentenced to 10 days in jail with credit for time served.
Jason Brian Metcalf was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Metcalf was to pay court costs.
Tammy Dee Osborne was convicted of level 2 driving while impaired. Osborne was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation, 5 days in patient with credit.
Chad Michael Solesbee was convicted of failure to appear on misdemeanor. Solesbee was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for time served.
Nicholas Lee Wiles was convicted of unsafe movement. Wiles was fined $50 and court costs.
