Landrum Mayor Bob Briggs wants to remind all residents of South Carolina Governor McMaster’s executive order on March 23 to discourage three or more people gathered together and that if Law Enforcement believe there is a reasonable emergency about health, the Landrum Police Department will have the right to disperse that gathering. In light of this order:

  • The City of Landrum Depot will be closed for all events until further notice.
  • Brookwood Park will remain open to individuals but please limit your interactions should you choose to enjoy the park.
  • All residents and businesses are encouraged to make their water and trash payments either online, by mail or in the drop box at City Hall, 100 N. Shamrock Avenue.
  • Finally, we want to remind everyone that most of Landrum’s restaurants are offering pick-up or drive-thru services. Please continue to enjoy and support the city’s restaurants by patronizing them and enjoying their food in the comfort of your home.

Please continue to monitor and obey the South Carolina Department of Health and Environment Coronavirus guidelines. Additional information is at www.coronavirus.gov
