Thermal Belt Outreach Ministry received a 2019 Neighbors Helping Neighbors Grant from the Polk County Community Foundation to research additional ways to assist our most vulnerable community members.

 

Outreach used the funding to attend several conferences and to re-design the 2020-2025 Strategic Plan. Thank you to Michael Baughman at Parsec Financial Services for providing the meeting space.

Some of our upcoming goals are to rebrand our marketing platform, expand the pantry and prepared food offerings, build supportive housing and to create a case management program. We are so grateful for the support of the Polk County Community Foundation and all the good work they do in our community!
