Steps to HOPE’s newest school graphic ‘crows’ about good behavior

Steps to HOPE’s outreach efforts to area schools are led by monthly bulletin boards that are placed at Landrum Middle School and at Polk County High School and Middle School.
The boards use current, popular and/or topical subjects to encourage students and faculty in some way and deliver positive messages to students and staff.
Step to HOPE’s November bulletin boards displayed cute fall characters who crow about having good character. Additionally, Steps to HOPE’s contact information is prominently displayed for anyone who might need services provided by the agency, the local domestic violence and sexual assault center serving western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina.
Those who are suffering abuse or know someone else who is can call 828-894-2340.
This outreach program is now partially supported by the Polk County Community Foundation.
Those interested in learning more may call 828-894-2340.
