A.C. Reynolds hands Polk girls first setback of season

A.C. Reynolds pulled away Monday to hand Polk County a 62-45 setback in a nonconference girls basketball matchup in Fairview.
The Wolverines dropped to 1-1 with the loss. Polk County traveled Wednesday to East Henderson.
Tori Thompson, Emmie McDowell and Kristen Hall each scored eight points to lead Polk County. Olivia Overholt added seven, with Sara Muse scoring five.
Ansley Lynch scored four points, with Marissa Twitty scoring three and Julia Griffin adding two.
Lynch and Hall each had six rebounds and Twitty finished with five.
