Providing warmth, comfort to those in need

Four local ladies recently visited Steps to HOPE to donate handmade quilts and tote bags to be given to the organization’s clients. The ladies meet on Thursday mornings at Green Creek First Baptist Church for sewing and fellowship, and wanted to share their talents with others who might need a hand up and something to show that someone cares. Steps to HOPE provides help and hope to those who find themselves in terrible domestic situations. Those who are being abused or know someone else who is may call Steps to HOPE’s 24-hour helpline at 828-894-2340.
