Opening reception this Saturday

Tryon Painters & Sculptors is excited to host “Winter Wonders,” a member’s exhibit and the first show of 2018. There are styles, mediums and subjects to please everyone’s artistic taste, and the opening reception is Saturday, Jan. 20 from 5-7 p.m., so come out and enjoy fabulous art, chat with artists, and enjoy light refreshments.

With a membership of over 185 artists and growing, the Tryon Painters & Sculptors “Winter Wonders” show features a stunning array of works from sculpture to paintings to photographs, in many sizes. You will enjoy seeing what these creative minds have brought forth with a winter theme.

Works will be available for viewing and for purchase through Saturday, Feb. 24 at the Tryon Painters and Sculptors Gallery, located at 78 N. Trade Street in downtown Tryon. Gallery hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. While at the gallery, you can also visit the Gift Gallery, which features the work of over 50 local and regional artists, from prints to jewelry to wearable art, and more.
