Landrum’s eight starters are back in tonight’s game

LANDRUM – Numbers like Landrum’s varsity football record (1-6 overall, and 0-2 in the conference) seem to work against the Cardinals, but this number might cancel out the others: all eight starters who were out recently will be ready and are anxious to meet Christ Church Episcopal at Landrum this evening.

“Everybody’s back,” Landrum head coach Jason Farmer announced this week.

Farmer noted that CCE has a good quarterback and running back.

Regardless of the opposition, Farmer said his players’ attitude is “just worry about ourselves.”

Opening kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. in Cardinal Stadium.
