Polk County District court results

In Polk County District Court on Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2017, with Judge Emily G. Cowan presiding, 133 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
Michael Oryan Blounts was convicted of resisting public officer. Blounts was sentenced to one year supervised probation and court costs.
Isa Cadmilema-Paredes was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Cadmilema-Paredes was fined $40 and court costs.
Gustao Bautista Chavez was convicted of rear seat belt violation. Chavez was fined $50.
Breanna Chapman Davis was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 70 mph zone. Davis was fined $20 and court costs.
Sean Michael Fish was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Fish was fined $40 and court costs.
Gary Carl Gatrost was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Gatrost was fined $40 and court costs.
Jillian Edward Greene was convicted of resisting public officer. Greene was sentenced to one year supervised probation and court costs.
Shannon Lynn Hamby was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Hamby was fined $40 and court costs.
Justine Eugene Jenkins was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 70 mph zone. Jenkins was to pay court costs.
Ronald Loadholt Jr. was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Loadholt was fined $20 and court costs.
Jeffrey David Putnam was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Putnam was fined $40 and court costs.
Timothy C. Richardson was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Richardson was fined $20 and court costs.
Sarah Aileen Ritchey was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Ritchey was fined $40 and court costs.
